A mathematical model of EGF-receptor trafficking

Construction of a mathematical model of EGFRs trafficking process after stimulation with EGF. The resulting model is used to study the influence of HPVs oncogene E5 one EGFRs trafficking process, described in literature to prolong EGFR signaling.

SEIR model of COVID-19 dynamics

Development of a SEIR model of the COVID-19 pandemic especially in Germany and its federal states.

EHR DREAM Challenge - Patient Mortality Prediction | Link

Using Electronic Health Record (EHR) data to predict the all-cause mortality of hospital patients within 180 days after their last visit
